UPLOAD
GUIDELINES
* Guidelines for uploading a
posting
1. Each posting uploaded on a
particular date on ARMYPEDIA must be related to the official activities of BTS
and the personal memories of each ARMY member of that activity.
2. Both text and images can
be included in the posting, and videos can be uploaded as a URL link.
We recommend that you only
upload images that you have personally taken, or use official BTS images
provided by Big Hit Entertainment. We also recommend that any video links
contain official video content provided by Big Hit Entertainment.
3. Please make sure you do
not use photographs or video images taken by someone else or by a media outlet.
4. For date cards that have
been unlocked by having the puzzle piece discovered and the quiz answered
successfully:
1) Each person can upload one
posting for each date.
2) Once you’ve uploaded a
posting, you cannot submit additional uploads for that date.
3) Of course, each person can
post on different dates, but only once per date card.
4) Once a post is uploaded,
you can delete the posting if you wish, but it cannot be edited.
5) If you delete your posting
for a particular date, you can no longer upload a posting for that date.
5. To make sure each posting
is something we can all enjoy and appreciate, each upload must contain a
minimum of 10 characters.
6. Each posting can contain a
maximum of 140 characters.
7. Postings can be viewed by
any ARMY visiting ARMYPEDIA, and each ARMY member can “like” a posting by
giving it a purple heart.
8. Once ARMYPEDIA is complete
and the campaign has ended, the posting of a particular date that has the most
purple hearts will be designated as that date’s Top Memory, and there will be a
special reward for the ARMY who shared it with the world.
9. All content uploaded to
ARMYPEDIA are subject to real-time monitoring by site administrators, and any
uploaded content that corresponds to any of the violations listed below may be
